Ji's Quote and The History He Makes In 97 Years!

Ji’s Quote:

"The river of Chinese civilization has kept alternating between rising and falling, but it has never dried up, because there was always fresh water flowing into it. It has over history been joined by fresh water many times, the two largest inflows coming from India and the West, both of which owed their success to translation. It is translation that has preserved the perpetual youth of Chinese civilization. Translation is hugely useful!"

Mary And Her Little Lamb Plus Tomie DePaola

Lyrics: Mary Has A Little Lamb

Mary had a little lamb,
its fleece was white as snow;
And everywhere that Mary went,
the lamb was sure to go.
It followed her to school one day,
which was against the rule;
It made the children laugh and play,
to see a lamb at school.
And so the teacher turned it out,
but still it lingered near,
And waited patiently about,
till Mary did appear.
"Why does the lamb love Mary so?"
the eager children cry;
"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know",
the teacher did reply.

Alternate Lyrics

Mary had a little lamb,
little lamb, little lamb,
Mary had a little lamb,
its fleece was white as snow.
And everywhere that Mary went,
Mary went, Mary went,
and everywhere that Mary went,
the lamb was sure to go.
.
It followed her to school one day,
school one day, school one day,
It followed her to school one day,
which was against the rules.
It made the children laugh and play,
laugh and play, laugh and play,
it made the children laugh and play,
to see a lamb at school.
.
And so the teacher turned it out,
turned it out, turned it out,
And so the teacher turned it out,
but still it lingered near.
And waited patiently about,
patiently about, patiently about,
And waited patiently about,
till Mary did appear.
.
"Why does the lamb love Mary so?"
Love Mary so? Love Mary so?
"Why does the lamb love Mary so,"
the eager children cry.
"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know."
The lamb, you know, the lamb, you know,
"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know,"
the teacher did reply.

The Italian Bird

There is a singer in every bird,
Both mid-land and mid-wood kind,
There is an opinion in every song you've heard,
A mix of something between liberal
and conservative lags behind,
The Italian bird counts from one to ten
while taking a vacation at forests GREEN,
Coconut and banana trees are naked
with a monkey's teeth falling, being faked,
The Italian bird sees highway blood red,
and would sing to mourn for the dead,
The Italian bird lets some moments overcast,
and looks beyond the seasons faults in the past.
